What Is Mohra About?

Mohra follows Vishal Agnihotri, played by Suniel Shetty, whose search for justice draws him into a dangerous arrangement.

Journalist Roma Singh, played by Raveena Tandon, helps secure his release from prison. Vishal then becomes involved with the powerful Jindal, portrayed by Naseeruddin Shah.

Meanwhile, Akshay Kumar’s Inspector Amar Saxena investigates a series of killings. Their paths connect through a story built around revenge, manipulation and betrayal. – The Times of India

The Songs Remain a Major Attraction

The Mohra 4K remastered release also brings its well-known soundtrack back into a theatrical setting.

Composed by Viju Shah, the album includes:

“Tu Cheez Badi Hai Mast Mast”
“Tip Tip Barsa Paani”
“Na Kajare Ki Dhar”

The Daily Jagran identifies the music as a central part of the film’s lasting appeal. Its coverage also notes Mohra’s blockbuster status in the original 1994 trade records. thedailyjagran.com

For returning viewers, hearing those songs in a cinema could be part of the attraction. New audiences will have an opportunity to see them within the story that introduced them.

Mohra Returns During Ramayana’s Release Week

The Mohra re-release date 2026 falls one day after Ramayana’s scheduled November 5 arrival.

The two films therefore share the Diwali release period, although their release dates are different. The Times of India highlights this overlap in its announcement coverage. – The Times of India

The effect on screenings will depend on individual cinema schedules. A shared festive window alone does not establish how either film will perform.

Where Will Mohra Be Screened?

The Mohra re-release date 2026 is the announced start date, rather than a guarantee that every city or cinema will screen it.

Why This Return Could Interest Moviegoers

A re-release gives audiences a different way to revisit a familiar film. Watching action sequences and songs with a cinema audience can offer an experience distinct from home viewing.

For Mohra, the appeal brings together its ensemble cast, thriller structure and music. Whether that interest converts into strong ticket sales will become clear after bookings and screenings begin.
